Registration for sale started

Thursday, May 21, the sales event for the first apartments in MAST took place and we look back on a very successful evening with a great turnout. The first registrations are now in.

Are you interested in an apartment in MAST? Then register now through the housing seeker. It is possible to list multiple apartments as preferences. Have you already registered? Please check if your registration is complete.

Planning sales procedure and tenders

Ability to register online via the housing seeker.

Allocation will take place no later than June 5, 2026. The assigned candidates will receive a notice. We may not be able to assign you an apartment initially, but an apartment may become available later.

Log in via the link and open the ‘Apartment Sale Registration Form’. Complete all the steps and indicate your preferences for relevant apartment and click ‘Finalize’. You will then receive a confirmation email.

Allocation of initial entries for the apartments and penthouse closes on June 5, 2026.

You will be notified whether or not you were initially assigned an apartment. One candidate per building number will be contacted. If he or she is rejected, the next candidate will be contacted. So even if you are not assigned an apartment in this first round, you still have a chance. This may result in apartments becoming available soon.
