Behind the scenes, we’re working hard on the transformation of this unique waterfront location. Sales of the first 24 apartments and the penthouse at MAST are in full swing, and we’re currently holding initial meetings with prospective buyers. Meanwhile, the first visible step in the development of the site has already been taken: the site was formerly used for ship pipes. The industrial warehouses built later have since been completely demolished. In the coming months, preparatory earthwork will be carried out in preparation for the start of construction of De IJ-Loods. In the fall, we expect to be able to provide more information about the start of sales for the remaining homes within De IJ-Loods.
